These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website. These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions. The Terms of Service are not exhaustive and Skyward hosting reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of these Terms of Service at any time without notice, effective upon the posting of the modified Terms of Service to www.skywardhosting.com

When you agree to these Terms of Service you also agree to our BILLING TERMS.
We promise that your personal information won’t be processed electronically. To protect your right to privacy, Skyward hosting will take commercially reasonable measures.
The only time we collect personal information is when you sign up for account verification, and we do so via a 2048 encrypted method. We are dedicated to protecting this data on our server. Only the charges for goods or services you have purchased will be made using your financial information. You may access your account manager at any moment to check and modify these details.
To uphold and enforce the law, we collaborate with all branches of government and law enforcement. When government or law enforcement agencies legitimately request information about an account, we will analyze the request carefully and make sure it is required before providing any important information.
This page will be updated with any changes to the privacy policy, and we may advise all customers to examine it before registering with us.
You are solely responsible for the material on your website. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of your account’s data, projects, and contents—regardless of how they were installed—are safe and have the appropriate permissions.
Our services are not intended to be used to violate trademarked or copyrighted content. This includes sharing or copying text, music, pictures, videos, or other protected content without permission. Should your account be hosting trademarked content without permission, it will be closed without any reimbursement. In the unlikely event that your account is hosting copyrighted content without permission, your account may be suspended and the copyrighted content removed. In the unlikely event that your account consistently breaches copyright regulations, it will be closed without providing a refund. If you think a website is using your trademarked or copyrighted content without permission, send an email to abuse@skywardhosting.com.

Only website-related stuff should be stored in your hosting account; backup or storage space should not be used. For your own protection, we strongly advise you to backup your account to a location outside than Skyward hosting’ servers.

Hosting servers, per our recommendation. IP scanners, bruteforce programs, spam scripts, proxy scripts, unlicensed software scripts, gambling/gaming websites, fraudulent sites, live audio/video streaming, hosting images, sensitive or classified data, and other similar content.
Complete website backup guarantees are not something we provide. Since it is impossible to store copies of larger websites on the server, we only perform backups for accounts with disk consumption under 2 GB. Every week, the backups that are set up on our servers are scheduled to run. Furthermore, we do not provide email backups. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for keeping up with any backups of the files and information kept on our systems.
We have established an initial disk space and bandwidth quota for each hosting account to ensure efficient use of the unlimited hosting space. These quotas are sufficient for a shared hosting account to operate well. Since we committed to give you unlimited bandwidth or hosting space, you are welcome to get in touch with us to increase the quota once you have used up 90% of the allocated amount.
Our servers are set up to run websites efficiently. Instead than being used for storage, server space is meant to house website-related content. More than 20% of your available space cannot be used for anything other than the standard functionality of your website, such as email storage, backups, or multimedia storage. You are not eligible for a quota hike if you break these rules.

Although we offer a full shared server environment, websites that stream videos cannot use our servers. Multimedia materials, including music, video, and picture files, are not permitted to be stored.

Your account’s CPU/memory consumption is restricted to 10% of the total CPU memory; if you consistently go over this limit, your account will be suspended.
We pledge to keep our servers up and running at 99%. Our in-house monitoring system keeps a close eye on our servers around-the-clock, and we’ll make sure to maintain the uptime as promised. The following are excluded from the guarantee: DNS failure, DDOS/DDOS attacks, severe weather, and natural disasters. If we fail to fulfill the 99% uptime guarantee, you can request an additional month of hosting to be applied to the affected account by sending an email to support@skywardhosting.com with a valid reason.
We can use our registrar to register your domains. Please remember that we do not have total control over domain registration, and that in order to prevent any problems, you must strictly adhere to ICANN policy. This policy, which is available on the ICANN website, is subject to modification at any moment and without prior notice.
At the time of purchase, there are no refunds for any domain registration or renewal fees. For the entire period that you bought it, the domain is already registered. Unless you turn off the automatic renew feature, the registered domains will be renewed automatically.
